Our UBS project now in progrest. Now in mood of Raya we must manage our time to do this project as well as for study. From now we just have 3 week before final examination. So we must do the best to finish this project.
From the bigining we get the chalanging to get company. We try interviw some company befor we get the permiton later. From the feedback, that company not give us permition.
After we get the permition later, we go to the one company. At first they give fid back to allow us after they get permition from the person incharge of the office. Then we wating call from them.Then the person incharge have a lot of work to do it. So, they cannot cooperat whit us.
Alhamdulillah, the second company we chosen give us very good cooperation whish is MoreCap Sdn Bhd. Thanks a lot to Miss Hazira as the Purshasing Coordinator, also thanks a lot to Mr.Rosman Salim as the Director give us change to interview them. We get the documnt for the requaitment.
Morover, we must translate the document to the manual transection accounting. We find that document using Eur. We must refer to the company person to get the rate for transer to RM. We get good fid back from Miss Hazira. She help us with expanation for that document and rate to calculate the transaction.

After that, we must key in all transection to journal at microsoft word,
then ledger acc. to microsoft excel.
Before we want to key in in UBS Accounting we must instal first UBS Accounting Software using the cd we alredy buy from our lacture suggested. We fill very happy when sucessful install UBS in our own computer.
When we key in all transection to UBS Accounting. The first problem in UBS is,when we key in tarnsection to wrong batch, that transection cannot change to other batch. We aply skill already teach by our lacture Mr.Noreffendy. We must V.edit first using 10x * (**********). then key in back to right batches. After that we wrong key in amount, we also must using the same skil.
After we finish key in all transection using UBS, we must prepare the printed project paper. We follow the requarement. We have problem to print out the report using the own printer. Then we go to ciber cafe to print out our document.
After finish print out all document form microsoft word , microsoft exal and UBS comuterise data. We send to hardcover service shop to bind using hard cover. Before we send we servay first, we go to uselly shop we go, at first that shop can doing bind using hardcover, but when we send, they say so sory because they canot have stamp logo MSU. They suggest to go to another shop have MSU logo. Alhamdulillh the another shop can do it.
However, on the day we want to pick our report, there are some mistakes. They forget to put the company name and the title of report at the side of the hard cover book. But then, they realised that the mistakes is come from them so they edit back our report and make it right.
