Our Last Post For Mini Blogging Project May 2012 Season

           Finally this is our last post for mini blogging project 2012 season. Start from the first post until the last post there are many things that we have learned. This mini blogging project really help us in Accounting Information System. The mini blogging project also give many advantages to us.

          When the first time we are given this task to do each post every week, we do not understand what is the relation between this task and our subject but since we are students and we want to score high marks for this subject, so we perform all the task given by Sir Affendi with all of our spirit. Every week he gave us different title for our post.

          This blogging project actually really help us in improve our english writing. Since this semester we do not take any english subject, so we all did not practice our writing. This blogging project really help us in thinking what to write and what to tell. It is a good practice for us so that we do not forget how to write a good post in English.

          Besides that, the mini blogging project actually give us advantage to refer back to what we have learn in class. During do the UBS project, we have to practic back all the lesson that we learn in class but unfortunately as a student we cannot memorise all the thing that Sir Affendi thought us.So by refer back the steps learned in class that we have post in our mini blogging project, it help us to remember back what steps we need to do.

          Since this is the last post for our mini blogging project may 2012, we ROSE SYAHIRA BT ROSLI and NOORMAWATI BT OTHMAN would like to show our big appreciation and thank you to our lecturer Sir Affendy because always be there for us and always guide us with all of his heart just to make sure we and our classmates can really understand this subject because the knowledge we get from this subject is really important for us especially during practical.

Challanges Encountered When Doing UBS_MSU CSR Project For May 2012 session

       Our UBS project now in progrest. Now in mood of Raya we must manage our time to do this project as well as for study. From now we just have 3 week before final examination.  So we must do the best to finish this project.

      From the bigining we get the chalanging to get company. We try interviw some company befor we get the permiton later. From the feedback, that company not give us permition.

      After we get the permition later, we go to the one company. At first they give fid back to allow us after they get permition from the person incharge of the office. Then we wating call from them.Then the person incharge have a lot of work to do it. So, they cannot cooperat whit us.

      Alhamdulillah, the second company we chosen give us very good cooperation whish is MoreCap Sdn Bhd. Thanks a lot to Miss Hazira as the Purshasing Coordinator, also thanks a lot to Mr.Rosman Salim as the Director give us change to interview them. We get the documnt for the requaitment.

    Morover, we must translate the document to the manual transection accounting. We find that document using Eur. We must refer to the company person to get the rate for transer to RM. We get good fid back from Miss Hazira. She help us with expanation for that document and rate to calculate the transaction.

After that, we must key in all transection to journal at microsoft word,

then ledger acc. to microsoft excel. 

           Before we want to key in in UBS Accounting we must instal first UBS Accounting Software using the cd we alredy buy from our lacture suggested. We fill very happy when sucessful install UBS in our own computer.



         When we key in all transection to UBS Accounting. The first problem in UBS is,when we key in tarnsection to wrong batch, that transection cannot change to other batch. We aply skill already teach by our lacture Mr.Noreffendy. We must V.edit first using 10x * (**********). then key in back to right batches. After that we wrong key in amount, we also must using the same skil.

        After we finish key in all transection using UBS, we must prepare the printed project paper. We follow the requarement. We have problem to print out the report using the own printer. Then we go to ciber cafe to print out our document.

       After finish print out all document form microsoft word , microsoft exal and UBS comuterise data. We send to hardcover service shop to bind using hard cover. Before we send we servay first, we go to uselly shop we go, at first that shop can doing bind using hardcover, but when we send, they say so sory because they canot have stamp logo MSU. They suggest to go to another shop have MSU logo. Alhamdulillh the another shop can do it.  


However, on the day we want to pick our report, there are some mistakes. They forget to put the company name and the title of report at the side of the hard cover book. But then, they realised that the mistakes is come from them so they edit back our report and make it right.
